Dont know where to put this, so I'll start a new thread here.
Currently on Ebay there are 3 good deals for BFG happening.
There are fleets for Orks, Eldar and Chaos up for grabs
Each deal has between 21 and 31 blisters of ships, mostly escorts with a few cruisers, thats around 45 ships for the price of around £25-£30.
Just thought I'd let people here know, in case they were thinking of spending anything.

Thanks for the note. Can you give us a link to these? Although I dont think that I can get any just yet it does seem like a good deal. I still have so much stuff to paint, and I think that my fleets are fairly well balanced right now.

He will normally post something like 'Huge Imperial Guard Assault Force', which consists of 3 sprues and a couple of tank blisters but described as '60 troopers, 30 assault troops....' and then charge about $40 for it, 3 x GW prices. Have a look for him on EBay.

There is, of course, one deal currently on eBay that can't be missed:) It's one mint condition BFG rulebook, currently at only £3.99 + p&p. cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1752108603%20%3A%29 The fact I'm the seller is merely coincidental. Great if you want to replace a lost rulebook, have a seconf reference copy or want to give one to a mate/club. Jackhammer, plugging desperateley

Well i never knew that Space Crusade (or its Advanced version) had an Eldar expansion pack. ALthough it could be another game mixed in with the SC contents. It intresting to see how much SC goes for on e-bay condisering i have a nice shiney box of it sitting right next to me. ;D

Just so people know, SC did have an eldar expansion, you got an exarchy type guy with some bizzare abilities (I haven't read the rules for ages) and 6 gaurdians with shuriken cannon and/or heavy weapons. They were a blast to play

As far as I know, there were actually two expansions for Space Crusade. Dreadnought factory, with the best models from the original game as well as the Tarantulas, and the Eldar expansion, with Dire Avengers. The models are OK, but very fixed in pose.
However, I think that only the Dreadnought expansion was available in the UK, and the Eldar one never made it, only to you forum members in Europe or the States.
I never really liked Space Crusade, although I also still have my copy lying around. However, dont get me started on Advanced Space Crusade. For me, that was one of (ahem, obviously) three best games that GW ever produced. I like it better than Space Hulk, and even bought a couple of Space Hulk kits just for the board sections for ASC. However, no-one - even Jervis - likes the game at all, and I cant understand why. I am putting the finishing touches to my update of the games, which I call ASCII. A few rules changes and additions for vehicles, dreads and other races and weapons. A few playtest games and it plays OK, but needs a few tweaks.
I told you not to get me started...

That sounds pretty cool CyberShadow. I never got the chance to play advanced space crusdae so i can't really comment. Are you gonna place the rules on the web for people to see, or are you gonna keep it privite? I don't think GW would mind too much. from what you have said it appears that GW have forgotten all about it!
I'll think i will hunt e-bay for a copy.
