What's other peoples view of these two? Obviously Karandras (shadow hunter)is my favourite character out of the whole warhammer world, so I'm keen to think he's on some mission to track down the fallen Pheonix, and become the only Striking Scorpian Pheonix Lord. And if so, what would happen to the incubi? Would they then follow the new father? Unlikely but it would've been good to have incubi in my eldar force ;D

I thought that I should put this in the 40K Background Forum, more people will look here! ;D Interesting idea, but we still have no confirmation that these two are related! I think that would work as a quest, but one that should not ever be completed, since what would happen to the Dark Eldar if it did? Still, an interesting variation on the whole Dark Angel/Cypher situation.

Really, though, the incubi aren't exactly anything to do with Dark Eldar are they? I thought they were just hired out as elite warriors by the archon's etc. I'm sure I read somewhere that they have some other 'sinister' purpose. WOOOOOO If they do have a quest then does anyone have any theories? Why are the allying themselves with DE? It doesn't appear as though they do the whole, consume souls, thing. Or thats the impression I got. Anyway, as my regular opponent has now been persuaded to play DE (by me) I can finally start the hunt for the the fallen Phoenix Lord, proof or no proof.

Well my regular opponent sold his DEldar pretty much straight away, so I never got to play against them. Never mind. I'm about to have a game of 40k this weekend (first for a wee while) and I had two ideas of what my force was going to consist of. A- is a fast attack force (jetbikes, vypers, warpspiders etc) B- though, was to have a scorpian army. Including Karandras as the HQ, and three squads of scorps. thats all the scorpians i have, but it would be enough to produce the effect of some mission that Karandras could be on, enlisting the help of his Aspect, backed up by ex. members (guardians). What do you think?

Scorpions are easily my favourite Aspect, they are just very cool. However, with those Scorpions, you may need a vehicle, especially if you cant infiltrate. I would probably take a mix. A few fast troops to distract while your close combat leg it up the battlefield. Let us know how it goes.
